Question: What can I do if I do not receive e-mails from Nierle?
Answer: Maybe your e-mail provider handles e-mails from Nierle as spam because they are often automated and of course commercial. Since those e-mails will be often moved into a specific spam folder your e-mail application (e.g. Outlook) cannot fetch them. Call the Internet portal of your e-mail provider and open your inbox there. You can usually set up online that e-mails from Nierle will not be considered spam in future.
At this opportunity you may also check if your mailbox is possibly full. Many e-mail providers give you a limited quota (e.g. 5 MB) for your e-mails. If this quota is exceeded the provider rejects incoming e-mails. Please delete older e-mails to clear space for new ones to receive.
Check if you gave us your correct e-mail address. In case you cannot log onto our online shop a typing error may have occured when you first registered.
