To improve your shopping experience, Nierle has worked out friendly and successful cooperations with many distributors and manufacturers. This ensures that all of our products offered are available either directly from our shipping location or from the warehouse of one of our partners. Stocked items are shipped within 24 hours on working days. Products that are available in one of the external warehouses are usually transferred and dispatched to you within 1-3 working days. Products whose availability can not be guaranteed, are marked accordingly and can not be ordered. However, it is possible to receive a notification as soon as a desired article is available.
Prices are defined internally by various factors and parameters. They can always be adapted to current conditions on the market such as currency exchange rates, availability and offcourse purchase price. However Nierle always calculated the best-possible price and offers very attractive prices for many products.
The VAT varies from country to country, from 15% in Luxembourg to 25% in Denmark. For this reason, it may be that a "VAT surcharge" is calculated at the end of the purchase. The prices shown on the online shop include VAT of 19%.
Our product range is evolving and changing constantly. Thus, new products are added again and again, at the same time, other items are removed. An offer is removed only if it is no longer available on the market. In most cases, Nierle provides appropriate alternative products.
Some products are subject to delivery blocks due to legal requirements in the respective countries. You can contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss alternative shipping methods.

We also accept bank check payments.
Nierle offers secure payment methods such as Paypal and credit card. At the same time it can also be paid by bank transfer and bank check. Payment on delivery are only possible in Germany. Authorities may also order by invoice.
